As part of Leadman Electronics' efforts to continually improve its services and customer satisfaction, our assembly line and company process is now certified to meet the rigorous quality standards of ISO 9001:200. The ISO standards ensure quality and customer satisfaction.What does this mean for Leadman's customers? From ISO's website:

"The ISO 9000 family addresses "quality management". This means what the organization does to fulfill:

    * the customer's quality requirements, and
    * applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to
    * enhance customer satisfaction, and
    * achieve continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives. "

Leadman electronics feels that this certification simply puts on paper our dedication and promise of great service and products. In addition, Leadman is making another important improvement to our facilities: in order to meet greater demand and improve manufacturing time, Leadman is expanding its assembly line facilities to three times its previous size. This change is scheduled to be completed in early March.

This newest quality certification is in addition to Leadman's existing standards. As a promise of excellence to our customers, Leadman has passed the First Factory Inspection for the TUV/GS Mark, CQC/CCC Mark and CSA Mark.
